A bit about SATER
We've been at Silmaču iela 6 since 1993 — in the same building that once housed workshop No. 2 of the Soviet "Elektrons" factory. Same address, no relocations, for over thirty years. In our service centre, each type of device is repaired by its own technician: the engineer who handles TV repair doesn't touch robot vacuums, and our audio specialist doesn't open up power tools. It just turns out cleaner that way.
We also solder battery packs ourselves, from SONY, Molicel, Samsung, LG or Panasonic cells. If you'd rather have an original, we can order one. We build packs for Roborock, Xiaomi, Dreame, Ecovacs, Eufy and Samsung robot vacuums, as well as for cordless drills, cameras and other tools.
We diagnose on the spot — if you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we return the device with no obligation. No appointment needed — just bring the device in during opening hours, Monday to Saturday. TV repair in Riga, appliance and electronics repair at fair prices — we quote the cost right after diagnostics. People come to us from all over Latvia. We like to hold the device in our hands and talk to the person who actually uses it: it's the quickest way to work out what's really going on.

We start only after your confirmation. If the price changes — we call you.
Collect with warranty
3-month warranty on repairs. 6 months on battery replacements.
Important: if the repair cost changes during the process, we will call and agree on the new price. We never proceed without your approval.
